　　短期目標是那些通常與當前的活動，我們可以應用在日常工作處理。這些目標可以實現(xiàn)在一周或更少，或者兩個星期，或possiblymonths。應該記住，僅僅是作為建筑物地基比強大，我們的長遠目標不等于沒有牢固的短期目標的實現(xiàn)非常多。在完成我們的短期目標，我們應當標明日期，然后添加新的短期的目標，將建立在那些已經(jīng)完成。

　　中期目標建立在短期目標的基礎。他們可能關注的是一學期或整個學年，有時也可長達數(shù)年。任何時候，你前進了一步一步來，你不應該讓自己變得沮喪或淹沒。當你完成每個步驟，您將執(zhí)行你的能力的`增長和成功的信念。并且當你完成目標的日期，你的動力和欲望將會增加。

　　長期目標可能與我們對未來的夢想。他們可能需要5年以上。生活不是一成不變的。我們不能讓一個長遠的目標，以限制我們或我們的行動方針。
