An interesting incident

　　My neighbour, Leela is a careless girl. Last week, her parents were out for working. So, Leela helped them to look after their seven-months old baby. She read while she took care of her sister in the garden behind their house. Suddenly, the telephone rang. She rushed into the house and picked up the phone. "Hello, this is Leela speaking." But she had already forget her sister who was sleeping soundly in her pram in the garden.

　　It was her best friend, Lilian called her. The two girls were chatting happily. Suddenly, she heard her pet dog barking loudly outside the house. "What's wrong, Rover? " She looked out from the window. Her sister is crying. "Chat later. Bye." She quickly said goodbye to Lilian and rushed out from the house.

　　To her surprise, she saw a green, big snake beside the baby's pram. She yelled loudly because she was scared. Her dog, Rover chased the snake and the snake slithering away. She picked up the pram and ran into the house. She even locked herself inside the house because she scared that the snake would come back again. At night, her parents were back. She told her parents about the incident. Her parents scolded her because of her carelessness. Leela promised that she will be more careful next time.
