Once, the company organized some employees to tour, the network department also took part in this tour, include in network administrator. Unfortunately, the Hacker attacked the company's local area network after they started. As a result, full of the company got into paralysis of state.

　　Another reason is that same the number of holidays will lead plenty of problems to daily work. If all of employees have extent of holiday that is same, it means most employees will select to make holidays in the particular period.
