Here at the mouth of a river there is much important plant and animal life. But pollution destroys this life. We have to clean our rivers. Man has to work with nature, not against it.

International Day of PeaceSeptember 21st In 1981 the United Nations General Assembly passed resolution 36/67 declaring an International Day of Peace. In 20xx, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a new resolution 55/282 declaring 21 September of each year as the International Day of Peace.
The Assembly declared that the Day be observed as a day of global ceasefire and non-violence, an invitation to all nations and people to honour a cessation of hostilities during the Day. It invited all Member States, organizations of the United Nations system, regional and non-governmental organizations and individuals to commemorate the Day in an appropriate manner, including through education and public awareness, and to cooperate with the United Nations in establishing a global ceasefire.

Last summer my parents and I went to Beidaihe. It was sunny and hot that day. My dad drove a car and it took us about three hours to get to the beach. There were thousands of people on the beach and in the sea that day. We walked along the beach and picked up beautiful shells for about two hours. Then we felt hungry and ate delicious sea food. After lunch we went boating with the farmer and we caught lots of different kinds of sea fish. We saw beautiful seagulls flying in the blue sky. Then we swam in the sea. 登上三尺講臺(tái)不滿兩年,我幸運(yùn)地有機(jī)會(huì)開設(shè)市直公開課,心中很是興奮。但是如何上好using language,心里亦是萬(wàn)分忐忑。
備課的第一步即是研讀教材。本單元Using language部分的Reading and writing要求學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀一篇讀者寫給電影院建筑師的信,請(qǐng)求建筑師充分考慮殘疾人的需求,學(xué)習(xí)建議信寫作手法(內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)言和語(yǔ)氣),并要求學(xué)生學(xué)寫建議信。在熟讀教材之后,我開始搜尋using language的各種課例,希望從中得到靈感。從這些優(yōu)秀的課例中,我學(xué)習(xí)到三段七步讀寫整合教學(xué)模式。
明確了本節(jié)課的教學(xué)目的,我便開始了這節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì)。在課間教師播放一個(gè)無(wú)手無(wú)腳卻身殘志堅(jiān)的殘疾人視頻,引出殘疾人話題,讓學(xué)生意識(shí)到殘疾人生活不便,激發(fā)他們對(duì)殘疾人的同情心。然后通過(guò)建議信的兩次閱讀,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解、體會(huì)、總結(jié)建議信的結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)氣、詞匯等方面的寫作特點(diǎn)。讀后教師設(shè)計(jì)了真實(shí)情景,組織學(xué)生討論建議,如何讓新建的萬(wàn)達(dá)廣場(chǎng)更好地為殘疾人服務(wù),為最后的寫作做內(nèi)容的鋪墊。為了做好寫前準(zhǔn)備,教師在閱讀和寫作中間增加了以練習(xí),由單詞到短語(yǔ)再到句子的翻譯,讓學(xué)生練習(xí)如何去提建議。最后要求學(xué)生獨(dú)立寫作,考慮到學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ),只要求學(xué)生寫下建議信的主題部分——之前討論的建議。學(xué)生寫完后,由教師示范評(píng)價(jià)。在呈現(xiàn)習(xí)作的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),要求學(xué)生課后完成這封建議信的寫作。
根據(jù)以上教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),本節(jié)課思路清晰、步驟緊湊,基本達(dá)成既定教學(xué)目標(biāo),收到了良好的教學(xué)效果。首先,導(dǎo)入部分的視頻能觸動(dòng)學(xué)生的心靈,調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和積極性,活躍了班級(jí)氣氛。其次,這是一節(jié)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用課,教師把讀、說(shuō)和寫整合起來(lái),寫是重頭戲,要花很多時(shí)間。于是教師著重處理了寫建議信需要掌握的結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)氣、詞匯等,做到閱讀為寫作鋪墊。這樣既訓(xùn)練了閱讀技能,又節(jié)省時(shí)間,為寫作爭(zhēng)取了寶貴的時(shí)間。最后,寫前的翻譯練習(xí),不僅鞏固了在閱讀活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí),又最后寫作任務(wù)的輸出提供了基礎(chǔ)和保障?傊,在層層鋪墊之后,學(xué)生按基本完成了寫作任務(wù),部分學(xué)生的初稿作文質(zhì)量很高,教學(xué)目標(biāo)圓滿完成。
一周來(lái)磨課的過(guò)程讓我收獲頗多。盡管本人還是非常喜歡自己這節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì),但是本節(jié)課的缺點(diǎn)是顯而易見(jiàn)的。第一,本人對(duì)教材的熟悉程度還不夠,注重形式而忽略了內(nèi)容。本人將大部分時(shí)間放于設(shè)計(jì)上,希望有所創(chuàng)新,而忽略了本源——教材。教師只有吃透教材,才能幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)課文的精華。因此,教師要熟悉教材,研究教材,吃透教材。第二,兩次閱讀的.層次不明顯。第一次和第二次閱讀有重疊的目標(biāo)。按照鄭老師所提的建議,可以將兩次閱讀的目標(biāo)改為:reading for language 和reading for structure。第三,寫作前所搭建的語(yǔ)言支架還不夠。因?yàn)闀r(shí)間的限制,本人只設(shè)計(jì)了由單詞到短語(yǔ)再到句子的翻譯,作為寫作的鋪墊。而充分的寫作鋪墊是應(yīng)該像鄭老師所言,由句型模仿到句子翻譯,再到寫作內(nèi)容討論。只有充分的寫前鋪墊,才會(huì)有順利的寫作輸出。第四,語(yǔ)速過(guò)快,指令不明晰。第一次能有機(jī)會(huì)上市直公開課,本人非常興奮和緊張,希望不辜負(fù)學(xué)校和組長(zhǎng)的栽培,但是卻殊不知這樣的心態(tài)讓自己更加緊張。語(yǔ)速快亦缺乏節(jié)奏感,使得指令表達(dá)不清晰,使得部分學(xué)生跟不上教師,難以將學(xué)生帶入課文情境中。
通過(guò)這節(jié)課,我明白自己又很多不足之處,有很多需要努力的地方。其中最重要的一點(diǎn)就是吃透教材,去背教材中的文本,增進(jìn)自己的語(yǔ)言素質(zhì),豐富自己的文化內(nèi)涵,向?qū)W生展示教材中的精華。其次,努力使自己的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)更地道,使語(yǔ)速更富節(jié)奏感,使自己的聲音更有吸引力。因此,每天堅(jiān)持聽音練音,即便再忙也要堅(jiān)持,因?yàn)闄C(jī)會(huì)是留給有準(zhǔn)備的人。

Secondly, I will spend more time in reading.Readingis really good to a person, because we can learn a lot from books and broaden one’s horizon. Besides, reading can help us think more and deeply.
Finally, I will take part in exercises actively and regularly. No matter how busy I am, I will set sometime aside to build my body which is the basic of any other things.
