三、教學(xué)要講究方法
學(xué)生接觸新知識(shí)使需要時(shí)間和理解，因此，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個(gè)鞏固學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學(xué)做好筆記，掌握知識(shí)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，然后給予他們更多的時(shí)間練習(xí)加以鞏固，課后留有適當(dāng)不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學(xué)生去練習(xí)，這樣通過(guò)精講，多練，讓學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中掌握知識(shí)，在練的過(guò)程中鞏固知識(shí)。同時(shí)，我又讓每位同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本，在我每次評(píng)講習(xí)題的過(guò)程中，把他們易錯(cuò)的習(xí)題和知識(shí)點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)記在錯(cuò)題本上，以便于平時(shí)有重點(diǎn)地去記憶和理解。事實(shí)證明，這一方法切實(shí)可行，也行之有效。
四、聽(tīng)課對(duì)新教師至關(guān)重要
