首先，把番茄洗干凈，在洗時(shí)媽媽提醒我說(shuō)：“冬天的番茄，特別要洗干凈，因?yàn)槎斓姆咽怯赊r(nóng)民伯伯灑過(guò)農(nóng)藥的。所以，要洗干凈�！比缓�，我把番茄切的一片大一片小的`時(shí)候，這時(shí)，媽媽又對(duì)我說(shuō)：“銘銘，番茄大小切的要基本相同�！痹趮寢尩闹笇�(dǎo)下，我終于切的一次比一次好多了。
然后，把雞蛋打碎，雖然一開(kāi)始打得不好。但是，經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)地練習(xí)一次比一次好的多。
最后，先拿一個(gè)鍋?zhàn)樱缓�，在鍋里倒點(diǎn)油，再把雞蛋倒進(jìn)去，用鏟子在里面來(lái)回翻炒，看見(jiàn)雞蛋變黃了，有點(diǎn)硬，再把番茄倒進(jìn)去，放點(diǎn)水，關(guān)好鍋蓋。燒了一會(huì)兒，鍋開(kāi)了，放一點(diǎn)糖、一點(diǎn)鹽，我問(wèn)到：“為什么要放糖呢?”媽媽說(shuō)“因?yàn)榉乓稽c(diǎn)糖是為了能去掉番茄的酸味�！�
