　　一回到家，我就把這件事情告訴了爸爸媽媽，他們也樂了。爸爸意味深長地說：“當英語課代表，就要把英語學好�。　眿寢屛⑿χf：“你不僅自己要學好，還要做同學們的榜樣噢！”我聽了，默默地點頭。

　　為了當好英語課代表，每天早上，我邊洗漱邊聽英語，邊吃早飯邊聽英語。每次上英語課，我都舍不得眨眼睛，生怕遺漏了什么知識。放學一回到家，我就打開學習機學習英語。周六、周日早上，我還看英語電影，我看了《冰雪奇緣》《貓在巴黎》《拯救大明星》《機器人總動員》《玩具總動員》等，雖然目前看的是帶中文字幕的.，但是只要堅持用心學習，我一定會看懂原版英語電影的。

　　長城有兩千多年的歷史。最早是在春秋時期開始修筑的。戰(zhàn)國時期，各諸候國為了保衛(wèi)自己的邊境，分別修筑了更多的城墻。在秦朝時，秦國把各諸侯國統(tǒng)一起來，成為一個帝國。為了御敵于國門之外，秦始皇令人把所有的城墻連接起來。這樣，長城就形成了。

　　長城上面很寬，足夠五匹馬或10個人并排而行。沿城墻有許多烽火臺，過去常有士兵駐守。敵人來時，就點燃烽火，以通知其他士兵。

　　沒有任何現(xiàn)代機器，要修筑這樣一座長城是非常困難的。所有的工作都不得不用手來完成。成千上萬的人死了，被埋在自己修建的城墻下面。長城不僅是用石頭和土筑成的.，而且也是用數(shù)以百萬計的人的血肉筑成的。
