　　在今天這個(gè)風(fēng)和日麗、陽光明媚的下午，一曲曲優(yōu)美而動(dòng)聽的歌曲在校園里回蕩。對(duì)，那就是學(xué)校正在舉行“第二屆英語歌曲大聯(lián)唱�！蔽覀兡弥首觼淼讲賵錾�，這時(shí)，太陽公公使足了勁，好像在為我們加油。

　　英語歌曲大聯(lián)唱開始了，首先上場的是三年級(jí)，他們邁著整齊的腳步向主席臺(tái)走去，一上臺(tái)，就面帶微笑，笑得那么燦爛。美妙的伴奏聲響起來了，他們的歌聲也響起來了。時(shí)間一分一秒地過去，終于到我們班了。我的心情異常激動(dòng)，站到主席臺(tái)旁邊，我的心里就更加激動(dòng)了。我們高高地昂著頭，邁著輕快的腳步，走上主席臺(tái)。此時(shí)，我的心里就像懷了一窩小兔子似的`——怦怦直跳。這時(shí)，我偷偷瞄了一下后面，發(fā)現(xiàn)我們班最調(diào)皮搗蛋的流星雨也靜了下來，似乎他也知道這次比賽的意義了吧。當(dāng)看見評(píng)委臉上那一絲絲笑意，我的心情就平緩了許多�？墒牵�(dāng)我看到那兩千多雙炯炯有神的眼睛盯著我們時(shí)，我的心情又緊張了。伴奏響了，我不知所措，看了一下旁邊的人的口型、動(dòng)作，勉強(qiáng)跟了上來。隨著音樂的結(jié)束，我們這批黑衣大軍就浩浩蕩蕩地走下主席臺(tái)。我也不再緊張了。

　　2月2日下午，我要參加阿斯頓英語學(xué)校舉行的口語演講比賽的總決賽。雖然我并沒有任何壓力，可媽媽卻認(rèn)為，進(jìn)入決賽的同學(xué)們都是水平很高的，他們的英語口語非常好，你學(xué)英語起步晚，平時(shí)在家又沒怎么練，對(duì)名次、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)什么的別抱太大期望，重在參與就好。

　　聽了媽媽的這番話，我并沒有往心里去，而是繼續(xù)認(rèn)真的背誦演講稿，心想，我一定要得獎(jiǎng)。

　　時(shí)間不知不覺的來到了這一天，我心里多少也沒底，因?yàn)椴⒉恢榔渌麉①愡x手的實(shí)力如何。不過，我對(duì)自己還是有信心的，希望自己能取得一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的成績。

　　那天下午，我早早的來到了比賽場地。發(fā)現(xiàn)來了的同學(xué)們都在認(rèn)真的看自己的演講稿，我找到一個(gè)比較靠前的座位，邊看演講稿，邊等待比賽的開始。

　　兩點(diǎn)整，比賽正式開始。主持人Vivian宣讀了比賽規(guī)則以及評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然后讓我們到評(píng)委席去抽簽決定比賽順序。我本以為自己能抽到中間的位置，沒想到竟然抽了個(gè)第二�？磥淼煤煤冒l(fā)揮了。

　　很快就輪到我了，我從老師的手中接過話筒，走上舞臺(tái)，先鞠了一躬。之后稍作停頓，開始了演講。我演講的內(nèi)容是介紹我的學(xué)校生活，就像在家里無數(shù)次練習(xí)的那樣，內(nèi)容早已背誦的滾瓜爛熟，我并不感到緊張。只是，中途不知為什么，話筒好像出了問題，時(shí)好時(shí)壞，使大家聽到的聲音是斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的。我沒有被這個(gè)小問題干擾到，努力大聲地演講，等話筒一好就稍稍減弱聲音。這樣，大家并沒有聽出聲音有什么變化。不知不覺中，我的演講內(nèi)容結(jié)束了。這時(shí)候，輪到外教提問了。我走下舞臺(tái)，從一堆紙條里面任意抽了兩張，分別是banana和boy，我仔細(xì)看了一眼便作了回答。OK,我順利過關(guān)了，心情頓時(shí)輕松了不少。

　　接下來，開始聽其他選手演講。

　　我本以為這次參加演講的選手實(shí)力都很強(qiáng)，沒想到幾乎個(gè)個(gè)都緊張的不得了，影響了各自的實(shí)力發(fā)揮。這讓我懸著的心稍稍放了下來。

　　到了宣布結(jié)果的'時(shí)候了，我緊張又認(rèn)真的聽著。哦！我的總分是94分，竟然順利的進(jìn)入了前三名，獲得三等獎(jiǎng)！不光有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，還有證書以及一套迪士尼學(xué)習(xí)用品�？磥�，我的努力沒有白費(fèi)，如愿以償?shù)膶?shí)現(xiàn)了我得獎(jiǎng)的愿望。

　　但是，我不能驕傲，不能滿足這小小的成績。今后我要再接再厲，多聽多練，爭取在英語口語方面更上一層樓，在以后的比賽中得到更好的成績。

At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important.

　　I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match.

　　The game was scheduled to start at start at eight o’clock on Friday night. Long before that, people began to arrive at the gymnasium. By seven-thirty the seats were almost filled.

　　The school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. They started to play at about a quarter to eight. Everybody stood up, and the people sang. The game was about to start.

　　Two teams ran out to the floor. The referee blew his whistle, and the game started. A basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. There is a rest period between the halves.

　　During the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. From then on, the game was very exciting. First one team made a basket, then the other.

　　The people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win. The ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. The whistle blew and the game was over. Home team won, 70 to 68.
