I also want to have a balanced diet and enough sleeping.

這周的星期三，在這個(gè)陰云密布的早晨，進(jìn)行了讓人緊張而又難忘的英語(yǔ)期中考試。
早讀課時(shí)，我認(rèn)真地閱讀著英語(yǔ)書，生怕漏掉了什么，使得沒能考到好成績(jī)，不過，當(dāng)時(shí)并不是很緊張。就在這時(shí)，我聽到了讓老師領(lǐng)卷子的廣播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，為什么要緊張呢？雖然，我竭力地安慰著自己，可是緊張的感覺，卻油然而生。突然，四（3）班的.老師走了進(jìn)來，原來，她就是我們這次的監(jiān)考老師。開始放聽力的錄音了，聲音震耳欲聾，有一道題目沒能聽清，結(jié)果就蒙了一個(gè)答案，心里暗暗地想：慘了，這個(gè)題目沒聽清，如果蒙的答案是錯(cuò)的，豈不是要拖累自己了？后面的筆試部分我覺得很簡(jiǎn)單，于是就沒有認(rèn)真檢查。
第二天，報(bào)成績(jī)時(shí)，我的心“撲通撲通”地跳著，腦神經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)直繃到了極點(diǎn)。雖然得到了一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的成績(jī)：98。5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成績(jī)。果然，我沒聽清楚的那道聽力題不出所料錯(cuò)了和一個(gè)單詞少了復(fù)數(shù)形式的“S”。頓生悔意，如果我當(dāng)時(shí)檢查一遍或許就只會(huì)錯(cuò)一道題了。
這次考試，因?yàn)槲掖中暮蛯?duì)題目的輕視而犯下的錯(cuò)誤，銘刻在我的腦海里，從今以后我不能再讓自己重蹈覆轍，要認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地做好每一件事。
