　　D : 尊敬的各位領導，各位來賓，親愛的同學們，大家下午好（合）！ T : Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen,

　　D : 歡迎來到江漢大學第五屆英語演講比賽決賽的'現(xiàn)場。

　　T:Welcome to the final of the 5th English speaking contest of Jianghan University. L : 本次大賽由江漢大學讀者協(xié)會舉辦，從三月初到現(xiàn)在，經(jīng)過層層篩選，八位選手從數(shù)百名選手中脫穎而出，來到我們決賽現(xiàn)場。

　　T : This contest is organized by the Readers Association of Jianghan University. 8 prominent contestants have distinguished themselves in the preliminary and intermediate contests.

　　G : 在此，我想說的是，你們每一位參賽選手都是優(yōu)秀的，一路走來，還能夠留在今天的舞臺上更是了不起的，希望你們八位再接再厲，再創(chuàng)佳績，同時給在場的各位帶來一場更為精采感官性的饕餮大餐。

　　T ： Tonight they will give us splendid show of English speaking. I believe it will be a feast for the ears of all the audiences.

　　T ：Now let us introduce our distinguished guests today. the Dean of the school of Foreign Languages, Professor Cui Dong, welcome.

　　The executive of the Library of Jianghan University, Mr. Wu Xuesi, welcome!

　　T: Let’s warmly welcome again––the presence of the distinguished leaders and the honorable judges!

　　四、宣布比賽環(huán)節(jié)和評分細則

　　Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest

　　Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.

　　And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.

　　After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.

　　今天早晨七點鐘，我就起床了。上午，我要去參加“蘇報杯”。

　　八點一刻，我來到了考試地點——胥江實驗中學。我很快就找到了我的考場。我到考場的時候，很多人都來了。我先簽到，然后就去找座位了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的座位竟然是可以隨便坐的。我找了一個靠邊的位子，坐下等待考試的`開始。

　　鈴聲響了，監(jiān)考的志愿者把試卷和草稿紙發(fā)給了我們。我拿到試卷后，先審題。這次考試一共要寫兩篇文章，第一篇是看圖寫對話，要求不少于八句話。我很快就寫完了。

　　第二篇文章是讓我們談談我們理想中的周末，120個詞左右。正好類似的文章我前幾天就寫過，我的印象還很深刻。我寫完后，時間還很多，我就數(shù)了數(shù)我的詞數(shù)，一共167個。接著，我檢查了一下我的單詞有沒有拼錯，有沒有語法錯誤。

　　九點半到了，我就交了卷子，離開了考場。

　　Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them. Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty. Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

　　生活周遭常有許多的經(jīng)驗，而最令我印象深刻的就事第一次參加英語演講比賽，因為它很特別，所以令我難忘。

　　他之所以特別，是因為我得到五年級組的`第一名，在這次比賽之前，我體會到同學給我的幫助，以及老師的關愛之情，使我感激不已，同學及老師為了這次比賽，費盡不少心思來幫助我，甚至犧甡自己午休時間為我加油打氣，及做道具讓我得到好成績。

　　當我踏上講臺時，看見臺下黑鴉鴉的一群人，心里“砰砰��！”地跳個不停，非常害怕出錯，可是看到老師和同學支持的眼神，使我更加有自信，好不容易完成演說，我很開心，因為我克服了恐懼，完成使命，到了公布成績時刻，大家都鴉雀無聲，當聽到第一名“陳佳緣”時，我立刻跳起來，同學都為我鼓掌，心想:“辛苦是有價值的�！�

　　難忘的經(jīng)驗，有好也有壞，都應該好好珍惜，如果失敗，要加以改善，也不要氣餒，檢討自己優(yōu)缺點，加以改善，做為下次成功的墊腳石，就如俗語說的好:“失敗為成功之母”；如果成功，就要更進步，努力往前奮斗，這次英語演講比賽，不僅給自己更大的信心，還留給我難忘的回憶，凡是努力去做，不管成功或失敗都會有很大收獲。
