　　i have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other great artists. it might even be the greatest of the art since the medium is the human mind and spirit.

　　i shall speak only of my first teacher because in addition to the other things, she brought discovery.she aroused us to shouting, bookwaving discussions. she had the noisiest class in school and she didn’t even seem to know it. we could never stick to the subject. she breathed curiosity into us so that we brought in facts or truths shielded in our hands like captured fireflies.

　　she was fired and perhaps rightly so, for failing to teach fundamentals. such things must be learned. but she left a passion in us for the pure knowable world and she inflamed me with a curiosity which has never left. i could not do simple arithmetic but through her i sensed that abstract mathematics was very much like music.when she was relieved, a sadness came over us but the light did not go out. she left her signature on us, the literature of the teacher who writes on minds. i suppose that to a lager extent i am the unsigned manuscript of the high school teacher. what deathless power lies in the hands of such a person.

　　i can tell my son who look s forward with horror to fifteen years of drudgery that somewhere in the dusty dark a magic may happen that will light up the years…if he is very lucky.

　　The biggest benefit, in my eyes, is that teachers should do their best to improve not only their specialized knowledge and skills but also their teaching methods in order to meet the needs of their students. In addition, teachers will pay more attention to self-images as to win respect from students. Finally, the teacher-student relationship will be closer and more harmonious.

　　Apart from the benefits mentioned above, we also face several unavoidable challenges. In the first place, the students evaluation of teachers cannot always be objective it should be combined with evaluation from authority and colleagues. In the second place, the most popular teacher may neither be the most knowledgeable nor the one with the most advanced teaching method. What s the most important; some teachers may become indulgent with their students because of this new system. Only when we deal with these problems successfully can we benefit the most from such a new system.

　　我非常喜歡我的英語老師，從小學(xué)開始一直到初中，我的歷屆英語老師都非常的有意思，也非常的負(fù)責(zé)任。

　　小學(xué)三年級我才開始學(xué)習(xí)英語，那個(gè)時(shí)候大家學(xué)英語比較懵懂，什么都不知道，因?yàn)閷τ谖覀儊碚f，在小小的年紀(jì)學(xué)一門外語并不是一件很簡單的事情，我們平時(shí)都習(xí)慣了說我們的母語突然接觸，一門完全不知道的外語對我們來說都是非常難接受的，無論是從意識上面還是從思想上面，能力上面對于一個(gè)三年級的孩子來說是非常困難的，但是那個(gè)時(shí)候的英語老師會非常仔細(xì)的教給我們這些東西。她會從字母開始教我們，然后教我們一些音標(biāo)從最簡單的單詞開始，比如數(shù)字和一些顏色和一些動物和親人和親戚的英語稱呼來交給我們，然后便開始教給我們一些比較簡單的語法，這個(gè)時(shí)候的老師其實(shí)是比較辛苦的，因?yàn)閷τ谖覀儊碚f學(xué)習(xí)英語是一件很陌生的事情，所以老師需要為我們做好思想工作，而且需要更加負(fù)責(zé)任的教給我們學(xué)習(xí)英語，才能讓我們接受這門學(xué)科。

　　我的英語老師換了很多次，但是每次的英語老師都非常的負(fù)責(zé)。他們會非常負(fù)責(zé)任的.為我們講解PPT讓我們的英語課堂變得更加生動，不至于那么枯燥和無聊也會為我們唱一些英語的歌曲，讓我們一邊唱歌一邊學(xué)習(xí)英語，也會讓我們看一些英語動畫片，能從中學(xué)到一些新單詞和語句。那個(gè)時(shí)候老師還會舉辦一些英語歌唱比賽。我們在這些非常有趣多姿多彩的活動中，學(xué)習(xí)了不少關(guān)于英語的東西，這讓我覺得很有意思，也從中收獲了很多。那個(gè)時(shí)候老師便開始給我們非常仔細(xì)的講解課文和報(bào)聽寫。

　　到初中的時(shí)候老師講課就更加的負(fù)責(zé)任了，工科也變難了很多，因?yàn)槲覀儺吘挂呀?jīng)升入初中，所以我們的課本也變得困難了很多，這個(gè)時(shí)候老師就加強(qiáng)了對我們的訓(xùn)練，每天都需要背課文，而且需要一個(gè)一個(gè)到老師那里背，不能有漏網(wǎng)之魚，而且每一次學(xué)完新單詞之后，第2天可能就要聽寫單詞，聽寫，不過關(guān)的同學(xué)還要繼續(xù)聽寫，并且還要糾正很多遍來增強(qiáng)記憶。

　　但是老師們都很努力的讓英語課堂變得更加有趣，因?yàn)槠鋵?shí)對于學(xué)我一門外語來說是比較困難的，而且相對來說比較枯燥，可能一開始會覺得新穎，所以老師都非常的致力于提高學(xué)習(xí)英語的趣味性。

　　我的英語老師

　　今年，給我們上3L的英語老師換了一個(gè)老師，他既嚴(yán)格又幽默，上課經(jīng)常和我們開玩笑。

　　我們都叫他Mr nie，上課說的英語也很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且還是寶雞市劍橋英語學(xué)校的校長。他的個(gè)子高高的，上課時(shí)總是笑瞇瞇的看著我們。

　　課堂上我們沒有錄音機(jī)，所以Mr nie經(jīng)常充當(dāng)錄音機(jī)來讀課文，“叮咚，Lesson seven……”然后我們就認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地聽起來，結(jié)束的時(shí)候老師經(jīng)常說：“叮咚，不要說話�！泵看我坏竭@里都會搞得全班同學(xué)哄堂大笑。

　　Mr nie讓我們在快樂中學(xué)習(xí)，不知不覺中，我們把課文學(xué)懂了，生詞學(xué)會了，背課文也輕松了，在不知不覺的情況下我們喜歡上了英語。

　　Mr nie上課經(jīng)常和我們做游戲，比如我們在學(xué)Lesson nine的時(shí)候，當(dāng)時(shí)有一個(gè)單詞—pull，老師就和我們玩拔河，但是老師很聰明，很快就把我們贏了。

　　我越來越喜歡Mr nie了。
