　　前幾個禮拜，為了英語讀者劇場比賽，英文老師和劉老師不停的教導(dǎo)我們，九位同學(xué)如何讓每個句子唸得高低起伏、抑揚頓挫并加入感動觀眾的情感，同時告訴我們怎么以時而適當(dāng)時而夸張的表情傳達故事的意義。我們馬不停蹄、加緊腳步的認真練習(xí)了好久。當(dāng)然準(zhǔn)備了這么久，無非不是希望正式比賽，能有優(yōu)異而杰出的表現(xiàn)。

　　當(dāng)天，英文老師替緊張的我們打扮得引人注目，把臉蛋畫上濃濃的妝，幫頭發(fā)設(shè)計造型。到了休息區(qū)先加緊認真練習(xí)，我們是第十一組，大家有時專注的練習(xí)，有時從電視中觀賞其他隊伍的'演出。當(dāng)?shù)搅说谑M演出時，我們各個冒出帶著不安的汗水，臉色顯露出恐懼，而老師則是拉高嗓音，不斷的重復(fù)「一定得放大音量！」……等等的注意事項，這些提醒使我們更加惶惶不安！

　　「現(xiàn)在，請第十一組上臺！」那時，我們各個頭皮發(fā)麻，全身僵硬，勉強憋住氣露出了硬梆梆、不好看的微笑。上臺了，我們該大聲時大聲，并做出夸張的手勢，且露出了牙齒，做出邪惡張牙舞爪的動作，下面的觀眾與評審則是，時而被我們的演出所感染而跟著微笑，時而因我們可怕的表情而露出了受驚嚇的神色。下臺時，我們把原先僵硬的臉蛋放輕松。此時，我們自然得露出了淺淺的微笑。

　　「萬歲！萬歲！我們?nèi)脒x了！」我們在三十二個參賽隊中勇奪第五名！這句話在我心中不停的吶喊著、打轉(zhuǎn)著，臉上同時浮現(xiàn)了混雜著驕傲與感動的神情。此刻，老師興奮的又叫又跳，還自掏腰包買可樂及冰淇淋犒賞我們，這一切都要感謝老師辛苦的教導(dǎo)及同學(xué)們合作無間的奮力演出，期許我們在決賽中能夠贏得更亮眼的成績。

　　Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest

　　Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.

　　And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.

　　After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.
