Everyone has his favorite teacher ,so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss Wei, our English teacher. We felt English very difficult when we began to study English. Miss Wei had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Wei came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples,bananas,and oranges. She said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English . ”All the students listened carefully and studied hard . Someone even stood up to answer questions. Class was over ,and the fruits were all eaten. From then on ,I am more and more interested in English, and I want to say from my heart: “ Thank you, Miss Wei!”
每個人都有他最喜歡的老師，我也是。我最喜歡的老師是魏老師，我們的'英語老師。當我們開始學習英語的時候覺得英語很難。魏老師有一個好主意來解決這個問題。有一天，魏老師帶著一些水果如蘋果、香蕉、橘子走進教室。她說：“今天我們要學習水果的名稱。如果你能告訴我水果的英文名稱，你就可以吃水果。”所有學生都聽得很認真并努力學習。甚至有人站起來回答問題。課后，水果都已經(jīng)被吃掉了。從那時起，我就對英語越來越感興趣，我從內(nèi)心深處想要說：“謝謝你，魏老師！”

Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.
當孩子接近成年時，學校教育對人的發(fā)展有很大的影響，如何處理好教師與學生之間的關(guān)系是很重要的。
代溝在父母和孩子之間是很正常的，教師和學生也是。事實上，它可以通過相互理解和尊重的縮小。好老師是學生的朋友，他們會公平地處理學生的問題，學生也會信任老師。此外，學生依賴于教師，他們遇到困難是希望向老師求助，所以一個好的老師應(yīng)該明確的了解學生的思考和關(guān)心，應(yīng)該與他們溝通，學生與老師之間也會有一個和諧的`氣氛。最后但并非最不重要的，教師和學生應(yīng)該互相尊重，經(jīng)常站在對方的立場思考，這樣當他們之間有任何分歧他們可以尋求一個最佳的方式來解決問題。我認為相互理解和有經(jīng)驗的教師指導，代溝也將促進學校教育發(fā)展。

在小學，我就喜歡上英語課，還喜歡我的英語老師杜小佳老師。自從我上了初中，我更喜歡上英語課了，還有我的英語老師――寇永萍老師!今天，我在這里主要介紹我初中的英語老師。
寇老師戴著一副近視鏡，圓圓的臉，大大的眼睛�？芾蠋熡⒄Z說得可棒了，有八級的水平呢!
記得期中考完試，我就被老師評為了英語課代表，我也不知道為什么，再說我期中考試又沒有考好。就這樣，我就當了半個學期的課代表。
快期末考試了，我每天都在做練習題，特別是英語，因為我是英語課代表啊，如果我這次考不好，我這個英語課代表不就白當了嗎?同學們一定會對我失望的，老師也會對我失望。所以，我下定決心，一定要努力!
我趕快抓緊時間做練習題。這時，我被一道題迷惑住了，想問老師，但是又不敢。
經(jīng)過一番心理斗爭，我終于鼓起了勇氣，走上講臺。我的心就像一只小兔子一樣在怦怦直跳。我的問題剛一出口，寇老師就拿過我的練習冊，之后就給我溫和地講起題來，直到我聽懂了為止。我回到座位上，就想：“寇老師原來這么溫柔，以后我的練習題不懂，就應(yīng)該多多請教她!”我繼續(xù)做起了練習。
時間過的'真快啊!一轉(zhuǎn)眼，就到期末考試了!
那天考英語時，我用了快半個小時，就把試卷做完了，接著我又從頭到尾仔仔細細地檢查了好幾遍。
老師收起卷，剛走出教室，我就跑到寇老師監(jiān)考的考場門口，等寇老師出來。當我知道正確答案后，我又算了算自己的分數(shù)，恩，九十五分，太好了!
我喜歡我的英語老師――寇老師!!
