Many people think the junk food is not good for their health , but they eat them every day! Junk food is great harm, not only can damage to our health, and will make us sick, but also a lot of people do not notice that junk food is now doing harm to us, so I want to write something to talk about junk food.

　　With the development of our life, many people are busy with their work and enjoy eating fast food. This problem, however, has greatly increased in recent yearsregard it as junk food.

　　Each coin has two sidesit brings us benefits to people. It is convenient for us to have some fast food. it brings us danger.The more junk food you eat, the unheathier you will be. And the junk food may increase the risk of disease and other kinds of health problems. We should pay closer attention to our health. Instead of having junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables which contain more vitamins.

　　這周，學(xué)校舉行英語(yǔ)周活動(dòng)。在老師的推薦下，讓我去參加英語(yǔ)歌曲比賽。終于，比賽的日子到了，我走進(jìn)大禮堂，看見(jiàn)大禮堂里坐著好多人，我的心開(kāi)始忐忑不安起來(lái)，總是想：萬(wàn)一我唱錯(cuò)了怎么辦？萬(wàn)一忘記歌詞怎么辦？萬(wàn)一……比賽開(kāi)始了，我們班的俞力銘第一個(gè)上場(chǎng)，只見(jiàn)他胸有成竹地唱起來(lái)，還加了許多活潑的動(dòng)作，臺(tái)下的觀(guān)眾都被深深地吸引了。唱完以后，俞力銘看到我害怕的`樣子，說(shuō)：“別怕，只要你把下面的觀(guān)眾當(dāng)成蘿卜白菜就可以了。”

　　該輪到我上臺(tái)了，我暗暗地為自己“鼓勁”：別慌，我能行，一定能行的。我挺直了腰桿，大膽地走上臺(tái)去，為大家唱起了一首《彩虹歌》，隨著優(yōu)美的歌聲，我慢慢地忘記了緊張，越來(lái)越放松，越唱越好。演唱結(jié)束了，臺(tái)下響起了一陣?yán)坐Q般的掌聲，我的心里甜滋滋的。

　　經(jīng)過(guò)了這次難忘的英語(yǔ)歌曲比賽，使我深深明白了：無(wú)論做什么事，實(shí)際上都不像我們想象中的那么難，只要對(duì)自己充滿(mǎn)信心，就一定能成功。

　　The game was scheduled to start at start at eight o’clock on Friday night. Long before that, people began to arrive at the gymnasium. By seven-thirty the seats were almost filled.

　　The school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. They started to play at about a quarter to eight. Everybody stood up, and the people sang. The game was about to start.

　　Two teams ran out to the floor. The referee blew his whistle, and the game started. A basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. There is a rest period between the halves.

　　During the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. From then on, the game was very exciting. First one team made a basket, then the other.

　　The people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win. The ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. The whistle blew and the game was over. Home team won, 70 to 68.
