　　除了是被人尊敬﹑高尚這些原因，還因?yàn)檫@件事。

　　一次，我在電視上看到了一名在外國留學(xué)的中國英語老師回到中國，許多學(xué)校的校長都高工資請她，但她卻去一些貧困山區(qū)義務(wù)教學(xué)，她說：“讓她創(chuàng)造更多的祖國棟梁，讓他們?yōu)樽鎳Я�，為祖國奉獻(xiàn)一份力。”這句話讓我非常感動(dòng)，感人至深。從那刻開始我就發(fā)奮要成為一位英語老師，要像她一樣，為祖國創(chuàng)造人才。

　　為了這個(gè)偉大的夢想，我提早學(xué)音標(biāo)，利用吃早飯時(shí)，聽錄音。讓自己多熟悉英語，多讀，多聽，多背是學(xué)習(xí)英語的三步曲，“聽”：聽錄音；“讀”：跟讀﹑朗讀；“背”：熟背﹑不能死背。我會努力更加專心學(xué)習(xí)英語。為理想而奮斗。

　　經(jīng)過我的努力，現(xiàn)在我按照學(xué)習(xí)英語三步曲，我的`英語水平得到了提高。去年期末考試，我的英語成績是滿分，全班第一�，F(xiàn)在我又是英語科代表，老師稱贊我，說我進(jìn)步快，其實(shí)是我為理想奮斗的成果。我不驕傲，再接再厲。

　　With the development of Chinese education, more and more students have easy access to private teachers in hope of improving one's learning efficiency. Now some people argue that learning with a teacher is better than learning by oneself. I think that, to some extent, learning by oneself is more efficient than learning with a teacher in some circumstances.

　　First of all, learning by oneself is a more personalized way for study improvement. Knowledge can be better obtained if one employs a more suitable study method. It's only by learning by oneself that one can find the most suitable way to acquire knowledge. In addition, one could concentrate on one's study when learning by oneself. Last but not the least, learning by oneself can improve one's independent learning ability, which is beneficial to one's life. Learning by oneself can provide one access to deep thoughts, which are beneficial to one's logical thinking and decision-making.

　　Generally speaking, learning by oneself is more efficient than learning with a teacher. Although learning with a teacher can help one in different ways, it's only by one's own effort that one can make progress. 　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　當(dāng)孩子接近成年時(shí)，學(xué)校教育對人的發(fā)展有很大的影響，如何處理好教師與學(xué)生之間的關(guān)系是很重要的。
