When I learned English, I felt so hard, because no matter hard I tried, I just could not understand the grammar. One day, my sister asked me why was I so confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it. Then she asked me to watch English movie and listened to the English songs. At first, I fell in love with these songs, I learned to sing them, I found I could remember more and more words. I also felt very interested in the movie, I could learn the local words. With interest, I make great progress, I am not afraid of English any more. Interest is the best teacher.

Apart from the benefits mentioned above, we also face several unavoidable challenges. In the first place, the students evaluation of teachers cannot always be objective it should be combined with evaluation from authority and colleagues. In the second place, the most popular teacher may neither be the most knowledgeable nor the one with the most advanced teaching method. What s the most important; some teachers may become indulgent with their students because of this new system. Only when we deal with these problems successfully can we benefit the most from such a new system.

首先,她會(huì)讓我們的課堂更加活躍,比如,在上課之前,讓每個(gè)人都有機(jī)會(huì)來上臺(tái)分享自己的小故事,當(dāng)然是用英語表達(dá)。而我,當(dāng)然也上臺(tái)表演,并且在那一次老師給我了一個(gè)很高的評(píng)價(jià),并且給予了我一些小tips(小招),比如說我需要再加強(qiáng)稿子的.熟練度,發(fā)音需要再改正,等等。
其次,我們上課會(huì)做一些互動(dòng),先讓我們看一些小視頻、短篇,譬如TED,然后讓我們用英語表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)與想法,不但增大了我的膽量,還讓我能夠表達(dá)出自己的想法,讓我獲得了參與感與榮譽(yù)感。
此外,她作為一名老師,工作是教書育人,所以她對(duì)于育人方面很重視。有一次,我們上課講到了價(jià)值觀,于是她會(huì)分享之前作為學(xué)生的經(jīng)歷,讓我們從中獲益,融入到生活之中,成為有價(jià)值的東西。
雖然,她樣貌平平,但是她會(huì)打扮自己,與其說是一位老師,更像是一位知心大姐姐,幫助我們成長。所以,我很感謝她對(duì)于我們的教導(dǎo)。

Today, I go to school with a headache. At the beginning, it is just a slightly pain.
Nevertheless, it is not until the English lesson that my head pains heavily.
So it is difficult for me to take notes. Luckily, my English teacher notices it so she takes me to the office. With a big smile on her face and caring words, she gives me a glass of water.
To my surprise, she offers to help me notes. It is her love that warms me up.
At that moment, I whisper myself that I will do my utmost to help others as kind as my English teacher.
