我們班的英語老師Mr。Yu是一個個子高高,體型中等的男老師。帶著一副黑邊眼鏡,顯得文質(zhì)彬彬,他遇事淡定,還很幽默。
就拿那節(jié)課來說吧,課上Mr。Yu正在興致勃勃地講課,講得手舞足蹈,我們也聽得津津有味,突然,他停了下來,推了推眼鏡說:我們不論做什么都要認(rèn)真,大家看xxx,開小差開得特別認(rèn)。Mr。Yu把特別二字拉得特別長,我們順勢看去,原來徐徐正專心地擺弄著什么,看到我們的目光,徐徐慚愧地低下了頭說罷Mr。Yu繼續(xù)上課,上著上著他又走到徐徐邊上,敲了敲他的桌子,原來他又故伎重施,我心想:這下Mr。Yu該大發(fā)雷霆了,可沒想到他只是輕描淡寫地說了句:xxx同學(xué),下課我邀請你到我辦公室聊一聊啊。徐徐聽了正襟危坐,不敢再亂動了。我暗自驚嘆:Mr。Yu真是個高人,連批評人都那么不動聲色,用語還非常幽默,效果卻立竿見影。
Mr。Yu教育犯錯的人的方法也很特別,有次英語課上我和同桌鬧翻了天,有幸得到了他的邀請,下課來到了他的.辦公室。問清前因后果之后,他告訴我們要愛人如己,相互理解,之后給了我倆一人一包餅干,說:獎勵你們以后和睦相處。就讓我們回去上課了。犯了錯還得獎勵,這獨特的懲罰,讓我記憶猶新,直到現(xiàn)在我和同桌一直和睦相處。這獨特的懲罰可不只有我倆領(lǐng)教過。以前徐徐和后面兩位一上英語課就對著干,懲罰一次之后他們再也沒有吵過。
