　　老師，原來你會笑-Teacher, I Thought You Couldn

　　我們的'新英文老師是史密斯先生。他戴著一副厚厚的眼睛，表情總是很嚴肅，對我們也很嚴格，我從沒見他笑過。教師節(jié)到了。我和同學們計劃要送給他一份特別的禮物——給他一個微笑。于是，淘氣的約翰假裝昏倒在教室。史密斯先生一進教室 ，嚇了一大跳，趕緊抱起約翰往醫(yī)院跑。在路上，約翰突然大笑了起來，這把老師弄糊涂了。在我們告訴老師這只是一個玩笑以后，老師也開懷大笑起來。終于看見老師笑了，我們很開心。

　　Our new English teacher is Mr. Smith. He wears a pair of thick glasses. He is very serious and strict to us. I never saw him smile until the Teachers’ Day. On the Teachers’ Day, my classmates and I planned to give him a special gift——a smile. So the naughty John pretended to have passed out in the classroom. When Mr. Smith came in, he was so scared that he held John in his arms right away. On the way to the hospital, John burst into laughter suddenly, which made the teacher confused. After we told him that it was only a joke, Mr. Smith laughed too. We were all pleased to see him smiling at last.

　　上初中后，我的英語水平一直穩(wěn)中有升，遠比小學時成績好，這是為什么呢?是因為我十分幸運的遇上了我的英語老師，也是我的班主任――李老師，是她的教育改變了我的英語水平。記得剛剛開學的那天，我第一次見到我的班主任，她有一雙大大的眼睛，一頭烏黑的頭發(fā)，很隨意的扎著，看上去十分親切，我一下子就喜歡上了這位班主任，當我知道她就是我的英語老師時，心 里不禁充滿了期待。李老師對我們要求十分嚴格。記得有一次上課，一些人的聽寫不合格，李老師把聽寫單發(fā)下來，大家互相看了看，有的人很滿意，有人很沮喪。李老師說：“不合格的同學，一起訂正，然后重新聽 寫，無論你重來多少遍，都必須過關(guān)!”李老師在聽寫上就是這么嚴格，她無論如何都要保證每一個人過關(guān)才行。李老師不光在聽寫上嚴格，在考試上也不松懈，如果你的'考試分數(shù)低于她定的分數(shù)線， 她一定會十分關(guān)注你，直到你學好為止。李老師在學習上對我們十分嚴格，但在課外對我們十分友好，她處處為我們著想，記得上次，我們搞新年慶賀時，李老師特意的把體育課要過來為我們搞活動用，再加上自己的一節(jié)班會課，這樣我 們就有了兩節(jié)課可以搞活動，她還為大家買了許多吃的讓大家來吃…… 這就是我們的英語老師，班主任，我們敬愛的：李老師。

　　她呢，看上去約四十歲，不胖不瘦，常穿一些顏色清新的衣服，顯得十分端莊，再近看，兩邊的頭發(fā)中竟夾雜著些許的短白發(fā)，就好像飽經(jīng)了風霜后十分老道的樣子，但因可愛輕松的磨菇頭，在典雅的氣質(zhì)上添了些許活力與恢諧，所以她也不顯得老。不知是不是因為前面剪了留海，所以襯得眼睛十分的有神，它似乎可表達心中的意愿。她要是一笑，那雙清澈的眼睛便瞇成一條縫，哦，對了，我還忘了英語老師的那對柳葉眉，很清秀，有時我甚至在想：老師要是沒有那刺眼的.白發(fā)，說不定還能更顯得年輕。

　　她很平易近人，雖然她是老師，但是她在課堂上完全沒有老師的那種嚴肅，她有的是更多的親和力，她會用慈祥的目光看上課時不專注的學生來提醒他認真上課;在誰取得好成績時莞爾一笑，表達她心中的欣慰以及期望;當然，在沒有考好時，她更加會投來鼓勵的目光來激勵我們努力學習。
