又到了三月底，當老師詢問我是否要去參加央視的希望英語比賽時，我并沒有像上次那樣推脫，而是淡淡地答應。一瞬間，種種交雜著苦與樂的回憶涌上心頭，而我明白，這令我又愛又恨的英語大賽，又將成為一個與眾不同的挑戰(zhàn)。
去年的三月底，英語培訓班的老師也曾問我相同的問題。從來不愛出風頭的我，雖然極不情愿，但還是被大家拉著去報了名。至此，令我難忘的訓練時光緩緩拉開了序幕。
每天晚上七點的培訓，令我只能一放學扒幾口飯菜丟下書包就跑。那是是畢業(yè)班，放學晚，培訓地點又遠，真是沒辦法。第一輪只是筆試因此訓練就是不停滴做題，然后聽老師講長篇大論的解題技巧，相當無聊。上完課，就得趕緊回家，趕完學習哦啊的作業(yè)，別提有多累了。而復賽的準備更是復雜：寫演講稿、背稿，準備回答評委的問題，還要不停修改稿子，研究語調(diào)、動作、發(fā)音。這，還算是簡單的------道理后期，才藝表演、抽單詞顯示編故事、首字母故事接龍、模擬清靜等各種項目五花八門地向你拋去，真不知該怎么辦才好，只得無奈地感嘆“時間都去哪兒了”。
籌備一段時間以后，比賽正式開始，抱著半推半就的心情，我聽過了筆試。復賽演講那天，臺下黑壓壓一片全是人，選手們都很有經(jīng)驗，真叫我自愧不如。懷著緊張的心情我上了臺，勉勉強強完成任務，還算機智地回答了問題。雖然自己不是很滿意，但結(jié)果竟然是我進入了廈門市決賽。后面賽事也是如此，在福建省省賽的半決賽中自以為表現(xiàn)并不十分出色，但總算是完成了任務，而且奇跡般地晉級了了！在省賽的決賽中，我敗下陣來來，由于并不十分在意結(jié)果，我也沒有太失望。
話雖如此，在這一段經(jīng)歷中我的確得到鍛煉和收獲。從剛開始的緊張、勉強到最后的泰然自若，令我明白凡是都要經(jīng)過歷練、方能熟能生巧；從剛開始時間的緊急、慌亂到后來的從容，告訴我時間需要安排；從剛開始的孤身奮戰(zhàn)到最后前仆后繼的“戰(zhàn)友“陪伴，讓我收獲了友情與樂趣。培訓也許是痛苦、枯燥的，但也令我收獲了友情與知識；比賽也許是緊張、毫不留情的，單頁令我明白了”人外有人、天外有天“的道理，令我得到了鍛煉，提升了書評，有了與眾不同的`經(jīng)歷。回首過去，在我抱怨那次比賽的同時，我也逐漸開始享受比賽的刺激，體驗挑戰(zhàn)自我的樂趣，收獲成功的喜悅。成績并不重要，但我有了目標，我為之奮斗并收獲了成功，我超越了自己也取得了進步。這才是最重要的，它足以抹去那次比賽中我所承受的壓力與所有不愉快，足以令這次經(jīng)歷成為美好的回憶。
也許，在今年的英語大賽中，我還會抱怨，還會緊張，我還會有壓力；但我還是準備迎接挑戰(zhàn)，盡自己所能做到最好----畢竟，這是寶貴的經(jīng)歷�？赡苋舾赡旰蠡厥淄�，我還會感嘆：英語大賽啊，真令我又愛又恨。

We are going to have an English-speaking contest for senior students so as to improve our oral English. It will be held in auditorium on the 5th floor in the teaching building at 4:00pm. , June 9th. Those who want to take part in the contest are supposed to come to sign up at the office of the students’ Union before May 25th. All the senior students are welcome to join in the contest. The first five winners will be given prizes.

There was a basketball game in our school this afternoon. It was between Class 3 and Class 6 of Grade 5. They are the best teams in our school. When the game started, both of them played actively. I could only see the ball passed quickly from one to another. It was really a wonderful game. At last Class 6 won the first prize and Class 3 congratulated them warmly. They really embodied the sports spirit of "friendship first, competition second".
今天下午我們學校有一場籃球賽，是5年級3班和6班的比賽，他們是我們學校最好的球隊。球賽開始后，兩隊都打得很積極。只見球迅速地從一個人手中傳到另一個人手中。真是一場精彩的比賽。最后，6班贏了，3班衷心地向他們表示祝賀。他們真正體現(xiàn)了“友誼第一，比賽第二”的`體育精神。

When I put on a sports jacket,running in a basketball game,there is a feeling of freedom remain free.The blue sky and white clouds,sunshine,fresh air makes me to all the trouble to soak in the head.
When I have a rhythm on the court slapped basketball,it issued a "bang,bang,bang " sound,that sound inspire people.
Whenever I get rid of each other's attack,firmly into the basket,there will be a joy and happiness.When the ball " bang,bang " and shoes and ground milled " squeak,squeak " sound interleaved together,sounded like the symphony let me revel in it!
I love basketball,I love basketball,because it can make me happy and bring me joy!
My classmates and I often play together,this is more interesting.I played basketball with classmates and happy,in our hands freely,because we played very skilled.I now because the power is not enough,so the three points and almost,I am going to practice!
