A typing match was held in my family this Sunday. Father was the first one to type. He typed so fast that he got a score of 29 characters a minute. Mother and sister got 21 and 25 respectively. Then it was my turn,I felt a bit nervous, for I wanted to outdo my father. Because my fingers are more flexible than my father＇s, I won the first prize by 30 characters a minute at last. It was really an interesting Sunday.

今天是英語(yǔ)比賽的復(fù)賽，我和爸爸早上早早的起床，然后出去吃早餐，我們到車(chē)站坐上車(chē)以后，我驚奇的發(fā)現(xiàn)我和聶澤坤做的竟然是同一班車(chē)！我們因?yàn)殡x得很遠(yuǎn)，所以路上沒(méi)有說(shuō)話。到了以后爸爸給我買(mǎi)了一瓶水就打出租車(chē)來(lái)到了我們比賽地點(diǎn)廣電大廈，我們向保安人員問(wèn)清了演播廳在哪兒，就去了，正好又碰上了聶澤坤，他正好也要進(jìn)去，我覺(jué)得我們像有緣分一樣。然后老師要開(kāi)始點(diǎn)名了，因?yàn)樾彰陔娔X上，所以我就和聶澤坤一起看了看名單，發(fā)現(xiàn)喬尚卿（2班的.一位同學(xué)）第一，聶澤坤第二我第三，我們還發(fā)現(xiàn)，指導(dǎo)教師應(yīng)該都是于海洋（Ms yu）,喬尚卿的卻被打成了丁海洋！我和聶澤坤都笑了起來(lái)。
開(kāi)始點(diǎn)名了，我們?cè)邳c(diǎn)名的桌子前面站成兩排，喬尚卿抽了34號(hào)，聶澤坤抽了33號(hào)，而我卻抽了14號(hào)！我們離得太遠(yuǎn)了，就連不會(huì)的單詞都不能互相問(wèn)一下。比賽開(kāi)始了我們來(lái)到一個(gè)大廳里，在里面按順序坐好，開(kāi)始抽紙條，上面寫(xiě)著單詞，后面寫(xiě)著幾個(gè)人表演，我抽了一個(gè)紙條上面寫(xiě)著：Look snake help a boy （4人）。一個(gè)工作人員就又找了3個(gè)人和我合作。我們編排的故事情節(jié)大體是這樣的：一個(gè)男孩在森林里散步，忽然看見(jiàn)了一條蛇，有兩個(gè)小女孩路過(guò)，救起了小男孩，殺死了那條蛇。我上臺(tái)比賽的時(shí)候非常緊張，但是雖然心里緊張，表面上卻看不出來(lái)，我相信在選手里面我是最放松的一個(gè)。最后經(jīng)過(guò)好久的比賽，評(píng)出了成績(jī)，我的成績(jī)不太理想，不過(guò)還是得了一等獎(jiǎng)，我驚喜的跳了起來(lái)，心里準(zhǔn)備參加下一次比賽，但是后來(lái)工作人員的一句話潑了我一身冷水：特等獎(jiǎng)的才有機(jī)會(huì)參加山東省的決賽！
唉~~我已經(jīng)努力了，不過(guò)我相信我會(huì)在雙語(yǔ)比賽中獲得冠軍，加油！

拿到稿子的時(shí)候，離比賽沒(méi)幾天了，媽媽和老師天天陪著我練習(xí)，我也努力一讀再讀，背得滾瓜爛熟，應(yīng)該是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題了吧？
哪里知道比賽的前一天晚上，我卻緊張的睡不著覺(jué)，再床上翻來(lái)覆去的，直到清晨四點(diǎn)才迷迷糊糊的睡去。
到學(xué)校的時(shí)候，我一點(diǎn)精神也沒(méi)有，全身軟綿綿的，暈頭轉(zhuǎn)向的，這樣能比賽嗎？誰(shuí)知道一聽(tīng)到比賽的鐘聲響起，我一下子充滿了精力，精神奕奕的上場(chǎng)了。
這次比賽的對(duì)手，一個(gè)比一個(gè)強(qiáng)。我努力的把平日練習(xí)的成果，自然的展現(xiàn)了出來(lái)。

Once a year a field and track sports meet is held in our school. This year it took place on 22nd. Over six hundred people, including teachers and students, entered for this meet.
It was the last day of the sports meet. At about three o＇clock in the afternoon, there came a voice from the speaker:“Next item is the girl＇s 400-metre relay race. Runners please get everything ready!”O(jiān)n hearing this, the four girl runners of our class, Helen, Jane, Nora and Dinah, gathered quickly by the track and did some warming-up exercises①. With strong determination, Dinah said to her teammates, “We should win honour for our class and put up a good show.” After some time, teams from six other classes were entered. “On your marks,”the starter ② ordered. Then came the pistol shot③. At the sound of it, the first runners shot from their starting points. Many eyes turned to a thin sixteen-year-old girl named Helen who started very fast and became the first one. Soon the second runners already moving, grabbed ④ the sticks and raced on. Nora, the third runner had the stick and took the lead. Already running, Dinah reached for the stick. She was flying three or four steps ahead of the others. Dinah urged herself, “Faster! Faster!” We cheered for her, shouting at the top of our voice. Bit by bit, she pulled quite ahead. It was too late for the others to close the gap and we all sighed with relief. At the finishing line, Dinah was the first one that reached the end.
At that moment, nothing would have been more exciting. We laughed, shouted, and we were very proud of our heroines ⑤. We praised them for their good team work⑥.
When we at last received our certificate of award⑦, everyone in our class was smiling a happy smile. Though it was different from the champion of Olympic Games ⑧, we all thought that it was no less exciting.

先是五年級(jí)比賽，之后依次往下。輪到我了。站到臺(tái)上的時(shí)候，我的雙腿有些發(fā)抖，翻開(kāi)書(shū)讀時(shí)，第一句讀錯(cuò)了，我趕緊改進(jìn)。為了不讓自己再讀錯(cuò)，我讓自己的心冷靜下來(lái)。雙腿也不再抖得那么厲害了。我講的故事是《愛(ài)唱歌的鳥(niǎo)，內(nèi)容是有一只愛(ài)唱歌的鳥(niǎo)，國(guó)王把它關(guān)進(jìn)籠子里，給它美味的'食物，可它就是不唱。最后國(guó)王把它放走了，她又像以前那樣唱歌了�，F(xiàn)在所有人都很高興。講完了，我走下臺(tái)，回到自己的座位上。有一個(gè)女孩跟我的故事一樣，她很有感情把它背誦了出來(lái)，還做著動(dòng)作。我是讀的，有一點(diǎn)感情，沒(méi)有做動(dòng)作。我心想，下次講故事要背下來(lái)，要有感情和動(dòng)作。
