The radiant sun hung in the sapphire blue sky. Creamy white coulds waltz across the firmament.It was a beautiful Sunday morning .Jim and Jack invited Tom to practise football near a house.
Soon, they were standing on the emerald green grass and enjoying the fun that the football had brought them.
Suddenly ,Tom kicked the ball very hard. The ball spun out of control and it flew straight into the window of a house.The window shattered with a crash and it smashed into small pieces.The three boys’ faces turned as white as a sheet of paper.
The dogs which belonged to the owner of the house barked in defence.They chased after the three boys. The boys screamed manically and their legs took on a life of their own.Tom’s palms were drenched with sweat as he ran ahead.
The owner of the house came out and stopped the dogs from chasing the children. The three boys were still breathing heavily when the owner asked them who had broken his window. Tom apologised with compunction and the three boys told the owner that they would pay for their carelessness. The owner smiled and said ,“I will forgive you because you have been punished enough!”
The three boys’ face turned as red as tomato.They would never play soccer near a house ever again.

to reduce the possibility of war to the lowest extent, i have two suggestions. first of all, education should be consolidated to eliminate the brutality and beastliness in human nature. knowledge derives from education and is a surer road to wisdom.
wisdom enables us to distinguish right from wrong. it also teaches us restraint and tolerance, two effective means of preventing wayward killing and destruction. another cure is religion. most religions in the world advocate philanthropy and forgiveness, which dissolve hatred and revenge. consequently, education and religion working side by side can transform a barbarian into a civilized person. with wisdom and love, the human race as a whole will detest war and embrace peace.
