　　這周星期五，也就是二零一四年的三月七日。我參加了由cctv主辦的英語風(fēng)采大賽。其中，筆試部分真是太難了。

　　一進(jìn)大廳便是人山人海、“賽”人如織。擠都擠不過來。所以逼得我沒辦法，只好用參賽證和鉛筆袋護(hù)著頭，硬撞進(jìn)去。好不容易排上隊(duì)了，又被別人踩了好幾腳，哎~我真倒霉��！“啊！”我心想，“我得仔細(xì)聽著工作人員有沒有點(diǎn)到我的名字才行�！庇谑�，我豎起耳朵仔細(xì)的聽著。忽然我好像是聽到自己的名字了，便急急忙忙擠了過去，到了前面，“哦，你就是高明睿。請(qǐng)抽簽吧！”我隨便從箱子里抽了一個(gè)號(hào)碼牌，“二十二號(hào)！”我先是一愣，繼而是嘆了一口氣，“二十二號(hào)，挺靠后的`�！�

　　過了一會(huì)兒，一個(gè)工作人員把我們這二十幾個(gè)人全都領(lǐng)到了二樓一個(gè)教室里面。一共有兩張卷子，一張是對(duì)你的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行了解 ，比如：你讀英語報(bào)紙嗎？A、經(jīng)常B、偶爾C、只讀過一次D、從未讀過。讓你選擇并在A、B、C、D前面打?qū)μ?hào)。接著又發(fā)了第二張?jiān)嚲韮海�太難了。第一、二題是聽力部分。第一題是他說一個(gè)句子讓你選A、Yes,heisB、Yes,sheisC、Yes,theyis.第二題是他說一個(gè)故事，讓你選試卷上面寫得是對(duì)還是錯(cuò)。我們讓工作人員放了五遍都沒怎么聽懂。

　　過了一會(huì)兒，我們把筆試做完后，開始靜靜地背誦我們準(zhǔn)備的故事。然后，工作人員覺得A1組已經(jīng)結(jié)束了，就把我們五人一組五人一組的帶下去進(jìn)行才藝表演。當(dāng)你背誦完后（如果你還沒背完就到時(shí)間了就會(huì)讓你停�。�，外教就會(huì)給你提供一張照片并提問你一至三個(gè)問題，如果你答不上來，外教就會(huì)對(duì)你說：“thankyou.”

　　Did you ever want to win first prize in a reading competition? Maybe or maybe not.But how would you feel if you thought you had done really well and then didn't? You would feel really awful…

　　On March 22 nd we had a reading competition in a high school. That day, I was very nervous about the competition. I thought and thought…..and I said to myself,Austin, don’t worry it will be fine. After a while, my mom took me to that high school.

　　When I got into the seat of the car, my stomach started to hurt, but I knew that sort of thing will happen all the time during a stressful event like a reading competition. Later, after a few hours had past, it was my turn to walk up to the stage and say my lines. But wait! I looked over and noticed the judge wasn't looking at me- it was if she didn't respect me! We learned how important eye contact is during our assembly.

　　After I finished, the guests gave me great praise. I thought I would have a good mark.Then came the time to give out the certificates. When the person read Frobel ElementaryI thought it was me…..but it was my classmate Cindy. She had received second place. Then they read the first prize and I was disappointed it wasn’t me. I was very sad…… but……

　　I must tell everyone in here, when you go to a competition win or lose you shouldn't care. You should care about whether or not you did your best. You need to ask yourself- Did you learn anything for entering this competition? Do you have the courage to read a story to a huge audience?

　　Since I was small, I like to play basketball, because I was effected by my father, he likes to watch basketball game so much, I will watch the basketball game with him. So when I went to school, I joined the basketball team in my class, we made up of a basketball team.

　　Last week, we had our first match. I was asked to play in the first time, I felt so nervous, I am so afraid that I could not cooperate with my team well. When the match started, I watched the basketball and moved as the ball flied, I forgot my job, I was asked to cover the team leader.

　　I recognized my mistake, I changed my move, at last, I covered our captain successfully, our team won the game. I learned so much from this match, team work comes first.

　　從我小時(shí)候起，我就喜歡打籃球，因?yàn)槲沂盏搅税职值挠绊�，他很喜歡看籃球比賽，我會(huì)和他一起看比賽。所以當(dāng)我上學(xué)的時(shí)候，我加入了班里的籃球隊(duì)，我們組成了一只隊(duì)伍。

　　上周，我們進(jìn)行了第一次的比賽。這是我第一次叫去比賽，我感到很緊張，我怕我不能和隊(duì)友好好合作。當(dāng)比賽開始的時(shí)候，我看著籃球，隨著籃球移動(dòng)，我忘記了自己的職責(zé)，我應(yīng)該要掩護(hù)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)的。

　　我認(rèn)識(shí)到了我的'錯(cuò)誤，我改變了移動(dòng)，最后，我成功地掩護(hù)了隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，我們隊(duì)贏得了比賽。我從這場(chǎng)比賽學(xué)到了很多，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作是最重要的。
