　　"think"終于閃亮登場，但"seem to"為整個句子增添了點婉轉(zhuǎn)之感，這種客觀的方式貌似較受老外(尤其腐國人)喜愛。

　　提出建議

　　1、It is high time that we put an end to the (trend). 該是我們停止這一趨勢的時候了。

　　"It is high time" 打頭，為該句增色。注：that 后跟虛擬語氣，后跟動詞的一般過去式，表示“是某人做……的時候了”或者“是某人不做……的時候了”

　　2、It is time to take the advice of ... and to put special emphasis on the improvement of ... 該是采納……的建議，并對……的.進展給予非常重視的時候了。

　　去掉一個"high"，畫風(fēng)完全不一樣，不用過去式，只需用"to do"來替代。

　　Recently I spent over three hours looking, reading and enjoying the exhibits at the National Palace Museum located in the suburbs.
