　　上個月，希望之星昂立英語大賽報名了！我興奮不已，立刻報上名，拿到了一個名額。

　　報上名后我才知道，全市有二千多人參加這次比賽，選拔賽后只有500個晉級名額，一聽到這個消息，我馬上像泄了氣的皮球，沒有信心了。那天晚上，輪到我上場了，我從容地走上臺，勉強把稿子背了一遍，下臺后才發(fā)現嘴里竟還含著口香糖呢！沒想到公布成績時我竟然也晉級了！真讓我又驚訝又高興！

　　復賽時，我的分數不是很高，但還是順利晉級。這下我忽然擔心起來，生怕決賽時被刷下來了�；丶液螅矣职迅遄又匦滦薷牧艘槐�，把每個單詞、每個句子都反復朗讀，做到精確無誤，還用心設計了每一個動作。我信心滿滿地走上臺，一開口，評委的`臉上就露出了笑容，我流暢地做著自我介紹、演講、才藝展示。我們五個人都講完了，評委進行了認真的點評，最后公布成績——— 我取得了我們組的最高分！這一次又順利晉級了！我高興得心花怒放，合不攏嘴。媽媽也高興地抱著我親了又親。

　　這次比賽意義非凡，我一生也忘不了，因為我從這次比賽中懂得了成功只留給那些準備充分的人！

　　Last summer,I had an English contest on environmental protection at the Youth Culture Palace of the city.What an unforttable experience for me!

　　The contest,whose aim was to let more people know the bad environmental conditions we are facing and the urgency of protecting it,was hosted by the Environmental Protection Burua.Fifty top contestants from twenty schools throughout the city took part.All of them were required to answer the questions in English in ten minutes.In order to prepare for it,I went through a very hard time.

　　When I was chosen to attend the competition,I felt nervous first,for my English was not good.But after a deep thinking,I made a decision that I should go for it.That's a very good opportunity for me to improve my English,as well as know more about the environmental protection which is of great importance to us human beings.I began to learn English very hard,paying much attention to the knowledge of environmental protection,such as using environmentally friendly bags instead of plastic ones,saving water and electricity and taking a bus and underground when going out.That's hard work,but I enjoyed it.

　　The exciting time came at last.On the morning of July 27th,20xx,thousands of people crowded at the Youth Culture Palace,watching the contest.Now it was my turn to perform.I was a little nervous at first.I tried to calm down.Soon I was OK.I answered the questions one after another,no mistakes occurring.Ten minutes passed by,I went back to my seat,smiles on my face.I did a good job.

　　To my great delight,the first prize came to me.I knew I deserved it.Hard work leads to success.

　　the game was scheduled to start at start at eight o’clock on friday night. long before that, people began to arrive at the gymnasium.

　　by seven-thirty the seats were almost filled. the school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. they started to play at about a quarter to eight. everybody stood up, and the people sang. the game was about to start. two teams ran out to the floor. the referee blew his whistle, and the game started. a basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. there is a rest period between the halves. during the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. from then on, the game was very exciting. first one team made a basket, then the other. the people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win.

　　the ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. the whistle blew and the game was over. home team won, 70 to 68.

　　今天，我和媽媽以及姨媽和萬好姐姐一起去參加英語比賽。

　　在比賽的路途中，我們出了一點小插曲：當上了城西干道高架橋時，城西干道上竟然堵車了，車子一動不動，就像一件擺設。我看了一下表，猛地一驚，已經3:45分了，在這樣堵下去，我就要遲到了。這可怎么辦？我焦急萬分。我想到了愛情公寓這部電視劇里的場景，主人公曾小賢被堵在中環(huán)路上進退兩難，我現在也是這樣，最后，我們終于慢慢的移動到了堵車的.源頭，終于又走上了好走的路。

　　·到了考試地點致遠外國語小學了，此時，我的心非常的緊張。雖然我已經會背了我的演講稿，也會唱那一首歌，可是我還是覺得很緊張。這時，老師喊到了我，我平復自己的心情，和媽媽一起走進了考場。在考試中，我雖然有些緊張，但努力的大聲演講，我認為講的非常的不錯�？墒窃谧詈蟮臅r候出了點意外，在老師說："thank you."的時候，我給老師鞠了一躬，就慌慌忙忙的走出了考場，老媽對我說，你也應該講一下thank you，我覺得這是我的一個失誤。

　　我現在對自己很有信心，我相信，我一定會考好的。你們說呢？

　　今天是英語比賽的復賽，我和爸爸早上早早的起床，然后出去吃早餐，我們到車站坐上車以后，我驚奇的發(fā)現我和聶澤坤做的竟然是同一班車！我們因為離得很遠，所以路上沒有說話。到了以后爸爸給我買了一瓶水就打出租車來到了我們比賽地點廣電大廈，我們向保安人員問清了演播廳在哪兒，就去了，正好又碰上了聶澤坤，他正好也要進去，我覺得我們像有緣分一樣。然后老師要開始點名了，因為姓名在電腦上，所以我就和聶澤坤一起看了看名單，發(fā)現喬尚卿（2班的一位同學）第一，聶澤坤第二我第三，我們還發(fā)現，指導教師應該都是于海洋（Ms yu）,喬尚卿的卻被打成了丁海洋！我和聶澤坤都笑了起來。

　　開始點名了，我們在點名的.桌子前面站成兩排，喬尚卿抽了34號，聶澤坤抽了33號，而我卻抽了14號！我們離得太遠了，就連不會的單詞都不能互相問一下。比賽開始了我們來到一個大廳里，在里面按順序坐好，開始抽紙條，上面寫著單詞，后面寫著幾個人表演，我抽了一個紙條上面寫著：Look snake help a boy （4人）。一個工作人員就又找了3個人和我合作。我們編排的故事情節(jié)大體是這樣的：一個男孩在森林里散步，忽然看見了一條蛇，有兩個小女孩路過，救起了小男孩，殺死了那條蛇。我上臺比賽的時候非常緊張，但是雖然心里緊張，表面上卻看不出來，我相信在選手里面我是最放松的一個。最后經過好久的比賽，評出了成績，我的成績不太理想，不過還是得了一等獎，我驚喜的跳了起來，心里準備參加下一次比賽，但是后來工作人員的一句話潑了我一身冷水：特等獎的才有機會參加山東省的決賽！

　　唉~~我已經努力了，不過我相信我會在雙語比賽中獲得冠軍，加油！
