四、宣布比賽環(huán)節(jié)和評分細(xì)則
Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest
Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.
And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.
After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.

Today, my mother and I competed to do the first question. When I read the first question, my mother always asked me to correct it. When she wrote the second question, she wrote the summer character below. I looked at it and laughed. I put a big "*" on my mother's paper. Just when punctuating, I wrote a comma as a full stop, and I helped her to change it.

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.
Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.
Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

今年的英語歌謠比賽，從各班的保密程度及互相打探軍情的狀況，可以得知大家無不摩拳擦掌，希望奪下冠軍寶座。我們班也不例外，老師利用了音樂、體育課程，不斷緊鑼密鼓地練習(xí)，希望再度拿到好成績。
時(shí)間不斷地逼進(jìn)，再過三天就要英語歌謠比賽了，同學(xué)們賣力地練習(xí)著跳舞、唱歌，一遍又一遍，此起彼落的歌聲回蕩在教室中，彷彿在訴說著我們有多么努力、認(rèn)真。
回想起這幾個(gè)星期來，從選歌曲到編舞，每一個(gè)人絞盡腦汁地設(shè)計(jì)動作，努力練習(xí)歌曲的練唱著。一開始練舞蹈動作時(shí)狀況百出，有人像是木頭人般毫無韻律感；有人則是節(jié)拍總跟不上；有些人懶散甚至渾水摸魚，急得老師跳腳。大家總是等老師氣到臉紅脖子粗，如同火山爆發(fā)地破口大罵時(shí)，才一改懶散的態(tài)度嚴(yán)陣以待。
而媽媽在比賽這段時(shí)間，常常四處奔波只為了幫我們找尋適合歌曲的造型。有時(shí)我會陪媽媽一起去買材料，沒想到常常在車上一等就是好幾個(gè)小時(shí)。因媽媽對任何事都要求完美。他一直很在意每一個(gè)小細(xì)節(jié)，在家中總拿我當(dāng)人形模特兒，讓我試穿各類型的衣服，只為了表現(xiàn)歌曲本身的精隨。有一次，下著滂沱大雨，媽媽一樣堅(jiān)持要到后火車站找尋配件，她說她希望每個(gè)同學(xué)都有最獨(dú)一無二的造型，并為我們留下美好的回憶。當(dāng)時(shí)，我知道自己不能再懶散了，看著媽媽辛苦的`付出，也讓我學(xué)會了“歡喜做，甘愿受”的道理。
這幾天我也不斷地苦練吉他，希望把每一個(gè)音節(jié)修正到位。媽媽更是千萬叮囑地請吉他老師幫我試音、調(diào)音。希望在我們比賽時(shí)，我精湛的電吉它飆音技巧能為我們班的歌曲做一完美開場，在評審心中留下深刻的印象。

I swim three times a week. Most often I swim in my school. I feel very happy when I swim in school with my friends. I often go to swim with my good friend Lily. She likes swimming,too. And she is very good at it. She always swims better than me. Sometimes I swim in the swimming club near my home during summer vacations. Swimming is not so hard as some people imagine. But many young people dream to become big stars like Sun Yang, which is rather difficult because you should, first of all, be gifted and then have a lot of practice from early age in order to become very good player.
I hope I will become a swimmer in the future.
