老師是教我們知識(shí)的人。他們有的率真，有的幽默，有的和藹，有的親切，有的不茍言笑……而我們的英語(yǔ)老師李老師則是一個(gè)看著很?chē)?yán)肅其實(shí)很幽默的人。
李老師不是很瘦，身材勻稱(chēng)。她的臉很圓，也很白�？偸谴髦坨R，一生氣的時(shí)候眼睛就會(huì)瞪得很大，眉毛粗粗的，梳齊耳短發(fā)。特別喜歡抹鮮亮的口紅，生氣的時(shí)候，好像一張口就想把人吃了的樣子。
她喜歡穿高跟鞋，鞋跟又細(xì)又長(zhǎng)，走路發(fā)出“噔噔”的聲音，響在安靜的教室里的時(shí)候讓人感到“震耳欲聾”。她的腿很細(xì)，穿著高跟鞋的樣子很好看，好像兩個(gè)叉子在地上交叉移動(dòng)。
她讀英文的時(shí)候特別流暢，很悅耳，很洪亮，比小喇叭的聲音還大。所以她講課的時(shí)候我們都挺喜歡聽(tīng)的，但也有人例外。
一次徐惠澤上課不聽(tīng)課，李老師一陣風(fēng)一樣走到他面前，盯著徐惠澤大聲說(shuō)：“徐惠澤你聽(tīng)課了嗎？”徐惠澤目瞪口呆，結(jié)結(jié)巴巴的說(shuō)：“”沒(méi)，沒(méi)聽(tīng)……”李老師聽(tīng)了氣的用手指著他的臉，喋喋不休說(shuō)起來(lái)“上課不聽(tīng)課你還想上天吶！你這樣做能對(duì)得起誰(shuí)呀？能對(duì)得起……”面對(duì)李老師連珠炮似的.話語(yǔ)，徐惠澤徹底蒙了�！白屇悴宦�(tīng)課！”李老師越說(shuō)越氣不打一處來(lái)，用手邊拍他的后背，邊說(shuō)：“如果你再不聽(tīng)課，我就把你當(dāng)成非洲鼓拍！”之后她用力又拍了幾下徐惠澤的后背。
因?yàn)樾旎轁刹幌胱尷罾蠋煱炎约寒?dāng)非洲鼓拍，所以以后很少上課不聽(tīng)課了。
李老師也有率真的一面。記得一年級(jí)入學(xué)的時(shí)候，李老師講課時(shí)讓同學(xué)們猜她的年齡。此時(shí)宋卓倫舉起右手大聲說(shuō)：“老師，你好是50多歲的人�！崩罾蠋熥龀鲆桓辈铧c(diǎn)兒暈了過(guò)去的樣子。這時(shí)盧老師回班來(lái)了，李老師馬上向盧老師告狀，那樣子要多天真有多天真！
這就是我的英語(yǔ)老師，有一點(diǎn)兒率真，有一點(diǎn)兒嚴(yán)肅，又有一點(diǎn)幽默的老師。

He must like his students and respect them.He should have an understanding of his students and be able to relate to them.He should regard his students as individuals and acknowledge their differences.He must know how to encourage self?development and the growth of each student.
All in all,an ideal teacher is one who is kind,encouraging and helpful to his students.He grows,learns,and improves himself along with his students.

Thestudents of ourclass have different ideas about whether we ask teachers for help with homework problems Those who prefer to ask teachers for help think that teachers can explain clearly, and it will be a good chance to communicate with teachers. However, some disagree. On one hand, they are too shy to ask teachers for help. On other hand, they are afraid of be laughed at by others.
As for me, I wouldn’t like to ask teachers for help, for they are too busy, so I don’t want to bother them. And I think searching online for the answers is a good way as well. It’s easy and saves time.
