My name is Mengmeng, I am a midddle school student ,my grades are not very good, my favorite subject is English .
I like my English teacher Mr Li. Though he teaches me only one year, I like his lessons and teaching method.
He is a middle-age man, he often tells us that English is very important ,as a second language ,it is not easy for us to learn English very well.
I like listening English music, sometimes I listen or watch English programs on radio or TV.But these ways are not enough.So I do as he asks. For example :do one reading a day, try my best to memorise ten new words every day ,learn two or three good articles by heart every week and so on.
Mr Li is a helpful gentleman ,he makes me feel warm. He said grades are not only, I agree with him. As a student talent is not the most important, I believe I can be good at English, because I work hard and I have such a good teacher.

Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

同學(xué)們都在打量著你這位新來(lái)的英語(yǔ)老師,我這個(gè)英語(yǔ)科代表也不例外。你看起來(lái)很年輕,甚至還有幾分青澀,真讓我們吃驚。
我抱著一摞沉甸甸的作業(yè)本來(lái)到辦公室,本準(zhǔn)備放在桌上便離開(kāi),但你卻叫住了我:“你就是咱們班的英語(yǔ)科代表么?很高興認(rèn)識(shí)你!”一只纖細(xì)而又修長(zhǎng)的手伸向了我。我愣了一下,有些恍惚。但很快地,我也伸出了右手,輕輕地握了下去,你的手柔柔的、暖暖的。
第一節(jié)英語(yǔ)課,你沒(méi)有帶教案,也沒(méi)有帶課本,而是帶來(lái)了一個(gè)黑色的紙匣子和火柴。我們都很詫異,你笑著說(shuō)道:“我知道,你們每個(gè)人都有許許多多不愉快的事情,那么現(xiàn)在請(qǐng)把它們一一地寫(xiě)在紙上吧。今天,讓我們?yōu)樽约旱牟豢鞓?lè)舉行一個(gè)葬禮,讓這些不愉快灰飛煙滅。”你真誠(chéng)的微笑仿佛冬日的一縷陽(yáng)光,灑進(jìn)我們的心里,暖洋洋的。
就這樣,58張紙條,58份不快樂(lè)都被塞進(jìn)了紙匣里,接著,你點(diǎn)燃了紙匣,火苗吞噬著58份不快樂(lè)58個(gè)孩子的眼睛閃閃發(fā)亮,大家都被深深地感動(dòng)了。
有一段時(shí)間,由于種種原因,我接連幾次都沒(méi)有完成作業(yè):你便毫不留情地把我拉上講臺(tái),在全班同學(xué)面前狠狠地批評(píng)了我,并罰我做一個(gè)星期的值日:這是我入學(xué)以來(lái)笫一次被老師批評(píng),而且是在眾日睽睽之下。懲罰雖然不重,但我臉上卻像被火灼燒了一般,火辣辣的此后,我一直在暗晴地跟你作對(duì),不好好聽(tīng)課,以各種無(wú)言的方式和你對(duì)抗:
直到一次課間,你把我叫到辦公室去二你搬來(lái)一把椅子,讓我坐下,但好強(qiáng)的我倔強(qiáng)地站著,面無(wú)表情,眼睛直直地盯著腳尖,一動(dòng)也不動(dòng).
你溫柔地說(shuō)道:“我相信你會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)記得這一次當(dāng)眾被批評(píng)的經(jīng)歷。不論你有什么原因,做錯(cuò)了事就應(yīng)該接受懲罰。不要再為這件事耿耿于懷了,好嗎?少年時(shí)的任性和叛逆我也有過(guò),但我不希望你會(huì)因?yàn)榕涯娑鴤Φ阶约!?/p>
我漲紅了臉,微微抬起了頭,正好對(duì)上了你那雙微笑著的眼睛,義慚愧地低下頭去。
考試還未來(lái)臨,你便要走了,幾個(gè)月的.相處,我們幾乎都忘了你只是一個(gè)代課老師一我們?yōu)槟闩e行了歡送會(huì),在離別的最后一刻,你向我們深鞠了一躬,當(dāng)你直起身來(lái)的時(shí)候,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)你那雙愛(ài)笑的眼晴里噙滿了淚花……那一刻,全班同學(xué)都哽咽了,我才深深體會(huì)到我們彼此愛(ài)得那么深。我強(qiáng)忍著淚水,故作輕松地說(shuō):“瞧,這師生關(guān)系多好!”沒(méi)想到,你擦了擦淚水,狡黠一笑:“師生?我可是一直都把你們當(dāng)朋友呢!”
