　　To witness immoral behavior in public, one need only visit the Beijing subway. I still remember the first time I took the Beijing subway. It was an early morning. I was in a hurry to go to school. 　　The reform of this phenomenon is certainly not easy. With an eye on practical implementation and cost effectiveness , I propose that society make it clear in every way that people who fail to respect the common good will be seriously punished. Stricter policies for this should be made to correct this phenomenon as soon as possible.

　　改變這一現(xiàn)象肯定是不容易的。從實際的執(zhí)行和成本效益上看，我認(rèn)為社會應(yīng)該在各方面明確指出誰不尊重共同利益將受到嚴(yán)厲的懲罰。應(yīng)該盡快制定這嚴(yán)厲的'政策來糾正這一現(xiàn)象。

　　We all expect “A World without Thieves". Everyone shares the huge responsibility of demonstrating his or her justice at the proper time. Personal responsibility is vital to build a harmonious socialist society.
